Sales (Products for Purchase):
- We accept returns only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos and proof are required for any claims.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of item return.
Rentals (Jewellery for Rent):
- All rented items must be returned by the agreed return date.
- Items should be in original condition.
- Late returns, damages, or missing pieces will incur penalties and reduce the refundable deposit amount.
